Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency supports the project “Human Rightivism,” which is implemented by Community Development Fund for a 4-year period. One of the main aims of the project is to bring together crucial civil society partners to develop the human rights areas that have been lacking capacities, or which have been neglected by the responsible stakeholders.
With respect to the aforementioned project, the Group for Legal and Political Studies will create the Center for Strategic Litigation. Therefore, in accordance with SIDA provisions, the Group for Legal and Political Studies invites all qualified individual consultants to express their interest in performing the service: “The Creation of the Communication Strategy of the Center for Strategic Litigation,” hereinafter referred to as the “Service” and which is set out in more detail below.
To qualify for performing the Service, individual consultants must:
- be natural persons;
- have at least 3 years of work experience in creating communication strategies in similar fields;
- be able to provide the Service professionally and with high standards; and
- be able to perform the Service within one month, starting from the day of selection.
All qualified individual consultants wishing to apply must submit the following documents as evidence of their skills: (1) Copy of Study Diploma, (2) CV, (3) Two Recommendations for similar services, experience in similar tasks; as well as (4) Motivation Letter.
The aforementioned documents will be evaluated by a commission consisting of 3 members. This commission will create a narrow list consisting of at least 3 individual consultants, who are considered to have the highest qualifications to perform the Service. Subsequently, the consultants of the narrow list consisting of at least three consultants will be requested to submit a financial offer according to the Terms of Reference. Also, narrow list consultants may also be required to provide additional information and/or references.
