Artan Stavileci is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at GLPS. He is responsible for accounting and financial management of the organization, ranging from financial transactions, booking in the accounting system to preparing periodical, annual and project-based financial statements. He is also involved in designing project and annual budgets and direct financial reporting for multiple donors and managing external audits.

Prior to joining GLPS, Artan was the CFO of the Forum for Democratic Initiatives and worked as a Project Coordinator at the Local Development Agency. He holds a BA in Banking, Finance and Accounting from the University of Prishtina and is a member of the Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosovo. In addition, Artan is a certified asset and business valuator for the Kosovo Appraisers Association by the University of Ulster in the United Kingdom.
