Her work is mainly focused on project coordination for rule of law, human rights, environmental policies and their adoption with the Acquis legislation. She currently engages with various projects and monitoring activities funded by various donors, and regularly monitors the implementation of the National Plan for the Implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement for Kosovo.

Previously she was involved as an intern at the Basic Court of Prishtina, within the framework of the GLPS Internship Program funded by US State Department – Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). Before joining GLPS in October 2019, Aurora worked as a reporter for Regional Youth Cooperation, for Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), and prior to that she was working as a part time media officer for Kosovo Advocacy and Development Centre (KADC), focusing mainly on the implementation of Tobacco Control Law in Kosovo. She is a FES Political Academy alumni, and voluntarily engages in British Parliamentary formal debates as a judge and debater.
