Njomza Arifi is a Programme Manager at GLPS. She is responsible for the overall performance of the organization, with emphasis on programs and projects. Her work also focuses on planning and deciding suitable strategies and objectives for the organization, seeking funding, and risk and resource management, among others. In her position, she also directly engages with Kosovo institutions, local government, civil society organizations and donors, both in Kosovo and regionally.

With more than 10 years of experience, Njomza was directly engaged in the strategic management and implementation of different major projects for Kosovo institutions, international organizations, and civil society. Prior to joining GLPS, she was a Senior Project Manager at Management Development Associates (MDA), where she was involved in the planning, management, and monitoring of projects funded by the European Union Office in Kosovo, UNDP, USAID, and other donor organizations in Kosovo. Njomza has a BA in Business Administration with  from the South East European (SEE) University in Macedonia and is currently pursuing her MA degree in Entrepreneurship and Local Economic Development at the same university. She also holds the title Certified Marketing Executive (CME) from Sales and Marketing Executives International, a sales and marketing professional association based in New York, United States and is an alumni of the Regional Academy for Democracy – RAD.
